The baby must feed on both or if he/ she won't, then pump milk to keep them even. If not when you are done breastfeeding they will not be of even size. Good job to choose breastfeeding!!!

i wouldn't say they get real small. They generally go back to their normal size, maybe a little bit bigger.

you need to feed the baby off both sides alternate with each feeding otherwise your brest will hurt like hell trust me its not fun. if they still hurt after the baby eats then pump.
