I need to move out soon because where I'm at is very bad and I want to move in an better apartment. A studio or 1 bedroom that is under $700 is great. Please give any information, that will be very helpful. Thanks

you might try the east san jose area.........it will be hard to find for $700 and under....you might be able to rent a room in someone's home for that price....

you should ask a san jose real estate agent. it's their job to know that kind of stuff. this directory is really helpful and i'm sure some of them specialize in rentals: http://www.realestateforsaleincalifornia.net
