heck yeah! i do that all the time...having a clean house is um...not a bad thing. just go crazy and clean clean clean!!! might i suggest the VIM oxy gel stuff...amazing!

All in one day?? I don't understand your question. If you have a big house, I would just do one room at a time. You're going to exhaust yourself if you do all the vaccuming and laundry in one day. I live in an apartment and did all of the vacuuming, laundry, dusting, dishes, and cleaned out the fridge all in one day and I was beat!!
