You can be charged. Although highly unlikely. But it is usually on devils night not Halloween.

I'd like to catch the teenagers that threw eggs onto my windshield when I was driving at night on Halloween a few years ago. Couldn't see and nearly caused a bad accident. I don't know what the penalty is in my town, but I'll bet it isn't as harsh as my thoughts were THAT night. Took a week of car washes to finally get everything cleaned off AND a new pair of wiper blades.Some fun...

i have no clue did you get caught? sounds really fun i wish could have went butmy mom and dad wouldnt let me cause i got 5 days oss {kicked out for 5 days}

if u r caught it is a possibility that u can go to jail bcuz that is damage that was caused by u.
