I think you'll get alot of biased answers to that. According to People Magazine, who did World's Most Beautiful People 2006, the top 10 are:

Personally, I'm a huge fan of natural and unusual beauty. I'm for exotic women being the most beautiful. But every woman has an individual unique quality that makes them beautiful.

Who are the world's most beautiful women? This type of question inevitably leads to opinionated responses. Everyone has a different opinion. Here's my simple answer:
Honestly, the world's most beautiful women are women with great personality. As far as physical attributes go, the world's most beautiful women are definately women with wonderfully diverse looks. (Note: diverse does not mean "exotic", like some kind of animal species)

there are a lot of oriental women that are beautiful, but you really cant generalize and say "oh this entire ethnicity of people are all fabulously pretty" some times it is the mutts that are the most exotic/beautiful. beautiful people are everywhere. :)

I tend to think that the more exotic looking types (as opposed to the all american blonde with blue eyes) are very beautiful, but I could be a bit biased. ;)

I think Uma Thurman is a stunning woman.
She is naturally attractive, has a lovely figure (not perfect though and she has had kids) and she never looks 'overdone'.
She doesn't have to try too hard to look fabulous. Not like J-Lo, if she didn't have 10 stylists, hairdressers and make up artists she would look a lot like my beagle.
