I love to act and I've always wanted to have an agent and go on auditions, but I dont know where I can find find an agent. I really want to go on auditions!

It really depends on where you live. Someone before me said you need to live in a big city to have an agent, and that is true. A lot of people are their own agent--including well-known actors. And all people starting out in the business of acting are their own first agent. There is a lot more to it than finding an agent and going out on auditions. So, here is my advice...
1.) If acting is what you love, find all the local theaters in your area and just start auditioning. For everything you can. It will only help you learn how to get better and better at auditioning. Plus, the best film and TV actors come from lots of stage experience.
2.) Take theater/acting classes. Meeting people in your class will help you find work as an actor and find an agent. And, of course, become a better actor.
3.) The best place to find an agent is through referrals. Which means, you got a casting director to call you in for an audition and they love you. So, they keep calling you in for auditions. After you have established a working relationship with them (NOTE: I don't mean sleeping with them), ask them to refer you to an agent.
No agent worth anything will ask someone to be their client without knowing that person's talent. If they just sign a contract someone without finding out if the person can act, they are not a good agent. If you get a meeting with an agent and they don't ask you to read a scene or do a monologue, they are not worth signing a contract with--no matter what. Remember, they get 10% of what you make. Which means that you do 90% of the work. Don't let people take advantage of you. If they can't be bothered with finding out if you can act, how much work do you think they will end up doing for you?

You did not say in which city you live. Agents go to plays to find talent. You can't just "get an agent." Agents have to think you are talented and will make them a lot of money.
Many actors do not have agents. DO NOT look in the Yellow Pages for Talent Agents, Talents Agents CANNOT advertise! You MUST live in a large city, NYC, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, etc. where movies and tv shows are filmed.
If you have not studied acting, ask your parents to help you find an acting school. Call the theater department of the community collges and the theater department of the universities in your city ask them to recommend acting schools. Think about if you really want to be a peformer.
