If you need exact translation where it's not word for word exactly but something to put sentences back into correct grammatical order then use a human translator if you can't speak Spanish yourself. But, if you only need a rough idea of that the song is then go to http://www.dictionary.com/translator .

No online translator (other than human resources) can translate 100% correctly. I don't speak any Spanish but I speak French and I know that in Spanish there are similar problems to exact translations. A VERY watered down example (one that the translator may actually catch) would be in French, the phrase "Je t'aime" would translate word for word "I you like". Also, if you translate it the other way the translator may come up with "J'aime tu" or something crazy from "I like you". Clearly translators online cannot be trusted for long passage translations but they are effective as single word dictionaries (in most cases even though they just give you the most common translation of the word). If I were you I'd just stick to using a text book if you take/speak Spanish or use a human translator that can translate exactly.
