Me and my other friends think one of our friends cuts herself. We r sooooooooooo worried about her. she is so nice. her excuse is when we asks her what happeneds she says it her cat. but there are to many to be from a cat. And when i was looking at her watch i turned her arm and she yanked her arm away and took it off for me to look at it. What can we do to help her. and advice to get her to stop. We just love her and dont want anything bad happening to her. and plz be nice about it.

If you really care about her then get her the help she needs. She is trying to get attention and this is her way of crying out for help. Tell her parents or your parents and let them know the situation. She will be mad at first but she will probably forgive you in the end. Good luck!

I suggest you go to a school counselor and discuss it with them. She needs to get professional help or she can really do some damage. Don't feel as if you are ratting on her, tell the counselor not to say it was you, have her come in to discuss her school work and then lead up to the cuttings. Her parents need to know too.

Do not ignore this.....she could have a very serious mental disorder. You need to tell someone of authority so they can decide if what you think is happening is true. Howabout your mother or her mother or the PE teacher at school. Tell someone. Good Luck!

first you need to find out 100% if those marks are from her self mutilation or from her cat. you need to confront her.
pull her aside and ask her lovingly and seriously. begin with telling her how much you care about her and how she should know she can always depend on you and ur friends.
get her help if so bc she may really be terribly depressed for some reason inside if she is doing that.

CUtting is NOT attention-seeking. It is a dangerous cry for help. Perhaps your friend is havingg troubles with depression. I would tell a responsible adult who can get her into treatment. She may not like you for telling right now, but she will thank you later.

Just talk to her and ignore the cuts. They are attention seeking and if she gets the attention with out resorting to the behaviour she may settle down. You can not stop her any other way
