when i open my comp it always boots to cd.but sometimes it doesn't why is that?

You have 3 or more boot options
normally they are
1 boot from hard drive
2 boot from floppy
3 boot from CD
Your computer cannot find the hard drive, and is looking elsewhere.
Back up your hard drive, it may be on the way out!

cuz u have it set to boot from cd now in the cmos setup u should change this by going into setup thru the f1 or f2 key when u first start up then to boot up settings are then set to how u want it to do it...
