is it a laptop or desktop? if laptop it is on the bottom on the left side i think if it is a desktop than remove the side and you will see the other one. sorry i didn't see it is laptop and notebook.try looking on the bottom of it on the left side there is a screw or 2 i belveve just remove them and the cover shpuld bome right off.
