Well, vampires don't exist. At least, there's no proof that they do.
But, pretending they did, I imagine they would be weakened but not die. The AIDS would ravage the body the same way it does any body, but the vampires' immortality would keep them alive. Or, alternatively, it would have no effect, as vampires are immune to human viruses and diseases.
I actually read a great story about a gay vampire who had AIDS by Lawrence Schimel, called "Hemo Homo"- you can read it for free at:

The question is, who the hell would care if a vampire got aids? I hope it kills them in the slowest, most painful way possible. If it doesn't I will... After all, that's what I get paid for, and business is good!

Nothing would happen to the vampire. There's also blood cancer like leukemia out there and HEP. Why aren't you asking this question in the health section?

Well, if he had cold sores, he'd definitely would get HIV too.
And then, he'd spread it around . Well, there are real vamps out there with AIDS, what a timely question on Halloween!!!
