I've got a great one for you. The passage is from Luke - not sure what chapter - start where Jesus' disciples ask him to make their faith greater and end your meditation where He says, I'm but a worthless servant I've only done my duty. Meditate on the connection between greater faith and the plowing in the fields part. Then write in your journal about it. Oh, and get back to me on this. I'd like to know your thoughts.

I am not sure how old you are, but I have been asking "Am I happy with myself (as a person, internally and externally). If not, what would you change? Or what are the things you like about yourself. It's also always good to write about the things you are thankful for, down to the sunshine and the rain. I hope this helps!
