Why of course so, it's Halloween, nobody cares if a guy goes to some Halloween Party at a bar and decided to go in drag. I think people will get a big kick out of it as well.

You can if you want, no harm in it although traditionally that would be carnival you are thinking of when everything was turned on their heads the jester would be king for the day, the rulers and masters would be fools and servants men would become women and vice versa.
