No you don't. Try this, say the sentence outloud. If you would naturally pause mid-sentence, it usually needs a comma at that place.

No, you wouldn't. This is primarily because if a comma were added to the sentence, it would not make the most logical sense in perspective of grammar. If you think about it, try applying it and sounding it out:
I do things such as riding my bike.
Opposed to:
I do things, such as riding my bike.
Keeping a pause there would be unnecessary and wrong, therefore leading to the conclusion that a comma is not supposed to be added after things.

you need a comma if you can take the information such as..... out of the sentence and the sentence retains all the needed information. if the sentence does not have the same meaning no commas.
