i'm 6'2-6'3 and im turnin 14 in 24 days
i've been drinking 3 sodas a day frm 1st or 2nd grade to 6th grade..some milk and mor soda for 7,8
ive only stretched for school sports so maybe 3 times a week but 7 times during basketball season

Stretching does not help you grow taller. Stretching is good for you though! If you are taller after you stretch it is because your spine is misaligned and stretching caused it to get back into alignment. Ask a chiropractor about this one.
