A friend of mine just opened a barber-shop as scheduled. I would like to send a card to show my best wishes.

What do you think I shall write in the card? I want to make it simple and sincere.

I would say, best of luck in your new Barber-shop.
May you snip away all your worries and brush in lots and lots of money.

A simple "Congratulations and best of luck" will work well.

Also, if you know the person well enough, you can include a sort of motivating tidbit to go with those previous lines.
