Damaging someone else's car is technicially illegal.

I can however suggest a few "Temporary" problems that might be just mean enough to satisfy your needs, without being likely to kill your friend outright.

Get a "Tire Core Remover" also known as a "valve stem remover" from the hardware store. It's a small object, which will easily fit in your pocket, and shouldn't cost more than ten bucks tops. With a tire core remover, you can remove the "tire core" which is the knobby thing at the end of the valve stem. The tire core remover has a side that looks sort of like the head of a screw.

Use your hand to unscrew the valve stem cap from one of your friend's tires. Inside is a little knob that you push down to test the tire and such. The tire core remover slides over this, and into a little slot. You can now unscrew the tire core, which will pop out of the valve stem, and the tire will deflate. Once flat, put the tire core, and valve stem cap back on the tire, and tell your friend they have a flat.

Your friend will then spend a few hours or weeks trying to figure out where the leak in his tire is, before eventually deciding to replace it, or sell the car if you keep doing this. Be aware that playing this trick too many times, especially if your friend drives on the flat, can cause the sidewall to give out.

Another easy, and nasty trick is to pour a half quart more transmission fluid into the car than it should have. You use a funnel, and pour it right into the hole for the transmission fluid dip stick, which is usually marked in "pints," each of which is half a quart. The transmission fluid is usually in quart containers.

When the car is cold, it can easily hold this extra amount. However, once on the road, the heat causes the transmission fluid to expand. When driving on residential streets, there usually isn't much trouble, but it's like hell on wheels to get the car over 45, and the acceleration is VERY uneven. Once parked, the heated car engine will ooze a full quart of transmission fluid all over the floor, marking what appears to be a horrendous car problem, when in reality, adding half a quart, and wiping up the hazmat spill will solve everything. If your friend doesn't know the difference between a pint and a quart, tell him they're the same. Say "The engine oil dipstick is in quarts, and they sell the engine oil in quarts, so..." and he may keep playing the exact same prank on himself.

My personal favorite trick is getting jumper cables, and licking the ends of the battery though. It'll fry the system, and after all, 12 volts isn't much worse than nine volts, so it's worth it, right? Oh, wait, don't lick the ends of the battery, that would lead to electroshock therapy, and then you might feel nice enough to leave him alone.

That's not the way to go. Talk to your friend like a "mature" man/woman. Just don't act out - that's probably the most stupidest thing you could ever do.

seran wrap!!!!!!!!
that plastic like stuff you cover leftovers with
wrap tons and tons of it aroudn the car
preferably from top to bottom not front to back
use up about 5 to 8 roles
then spray the car with water
the wrap will shrink
along with the car!!!!
the car will then be compact
low, sleek, sporty, and all crapped up!
