I'd start by adjusting it by 5 or 10 minutes a day. Eventually it will be where it needs to be.

Oh how I sympathise with you!
I am currently sitting here at 11pm waiting for my six month old to wake for her bottle. The bottle she would normally have had by 8.30 and then go to sleep for the night, lol.
I plan to adjust her feeding gradually (I have no problems with her sleeping times - other than her waking at night for her bottle) and hopefully in a week or so she will be back to normal.
I thought I had it all worked out today - first bottle on time, second bottle on time .... third bottle a bit late .... and so far no fourth bottle, lol .... hmmm I have a feeling I will be woken up tonight.
I sure hope it changes back to what it was like because she was sleeping through the night!
SO I can only suggest that you gradually change his patterns. Keep him up a little longer before each nap time if you are trying to make his naps later, OR tire him out to get him to have his naps earlier if your time has changed in that direction.
If his sleeptime is connected with his feed times then do the same thing, hold off feeding him for 10 minutes (if you can) to make the sleep time a little later OR try feeding him earlier to get him into bed earlier. Then just gradually make it another 10 minutes etc
LOL - take note that this is what I've been trying to do and so far it hasn't worked but it's only been 5 days since the time change so I'm still hoping it will work soon.
GOODLUCK :-)

Just adjust his schedule by 15 minutes a day for a few days then 30 and so on. Or try skipping a nap. Also, sometimes due to the outside lighting being different you just have to bear with it until they get used to it. Usually, takes my children a good week or two.

I would probably pull all the shades down in the house so that there is no light from outside. Then i would turn a floor lamp on and off when you want him to think its day. Turn off when you want him to sleep. Thats what i did with my kids. They still fall a sleep instantly when it gets dark. You can start to ween them off this system when they are about 13 or 14. Should work for you. Great question.

The best thing to do is to keep him on his old schedule. Eventually it'll all even out and he'll be back to normal.

try to keep him on a normal schedual. He doesn't know anything about clocks, so he will want to get up, eat, nap, go to bed an hour earlier then "normal" but try to keep him up longer. Eventully his system will adjust to the new time, just like yours and mine. It will just take a little patience on your part.
