K well there is this guy that i know who is on my bus..and today he was like telling me that he would bone me and all that stuff and like rubbing my arms and head...(i would pullaway) and like he would want me to SUCK HIS FINGER! he liked my arm it was wierd and he would blow kisses and crap! what do i do and what is he doin to me! thanks guys!

it kind of sounds like you are both a little too young for boning, and that he is totally harassing you, trust me if you do anything with him he will spread it all over school, you should take a step back and tell him to find a sluttier girl maybe? unles of course u like it but you should find someone to take it slow and stay with you and not spread rumors a bad reputation can ruin the rest of you r school years stay above it and show everyone you are the most sophisticated and mature young femme there that is the true mark of adulthood its too easy to give into pressure be good to your self and not live your life for others that is the only way you will ever be happy hope this helps

He is a maniac. A guy should not treat a lady like that, but with respect. - that if you met him recently and do not know him much.
If he is someone whom you know well, may be he is just joking with you by acting weird.
