Most of the national banks and a number of Union banks offer online banking. If your thinking about switching banks, ask your friends or co workers about there banks. Ask them if they like the services there bank provides, fees, online banking, etc.

Many banks have some form of online banking. The offshore banks usually allow one to send international wire transfers online, while the banks in the USA generally do not allow wire transfers to be sent online. I suppose the USA banks fear a lawsuit if someone hacks into a bank account and cleans it out by wire transfer. Most of their online banking allows bill paying only to reliable companies like phone companies. This website discusses online banking as it pertains to offshore banks: http://www.panamalaw.org

Almost every bank and credit union...check the bank where you do your checking and your savings.
I had trouble with one credit union in Chester County-Downingtown, PA that refused to pay my taxes....how stupid of them to think they can tell me who I can pay....so I closed my account...and went to a Federal Credit Union and I'm happy.
