Who does that?? I just make sure that my kids get enough so that I don't have to buy any to give out next year...just use their leftovers! ; ) Only kidding!

I have never known anyone who did this. I buy the clearance candy but I do that just to have around the house til Christmas. I wouldn't think candy would be good after a year.
