right here is what I do: blend a million quart boiling water with 3 tsp sea salt and a million tsp Baking Soda. whilst it is cool adequate, use a bulb syringe (like those they use on infants) to squirt it up your nostril, a pair of million/2 cup each and each nostril. to do this, relax your head on the side of the sink, so as that your ear is on the counter and your nostril over the sink. on the side it somewhat is in the direction of the ceiling, slowly squirt the warmth salt water into your nostril. try this three times on the two side. Do it a minimum of two times an afternoon for as long as you have indicators and according to danger an afternoon or 2 greater. It takes some getting used to, regardless of the shown fact that it somewhat works great. some people use a netti pot, yet i like the bulb syringe.

Try leaving nose alone by not picking it. Instead take care of your nose by cleaning the oil that you have on your skin with water and gently dry with a clean cloth or a soft paper towel.

you have a lot of options:
1. make an appointment w/ a dermatologist
2. go to your local drugstore and check out neutrogena products designed for oily/acne skin types
3. go online and check out www.murad.com and the acne complex kit or look up www.proactiv.com. murad products use acids as their active ingredient and proactive products use benzoyl peroxide as theirs. make sure you're not allergic to either type of medication. i'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide and it burnt my face and made it inflamed and bright red for days w/ a terrible rash. just choose w/caution.

first of all do not use any product from PONDS they make it wost every one in my family has go ten more zits wen using ponds Try using other stuff like nutrigena is the beast.

sea breeze works and so does clearzit by dr. scheffield located at any dollar general. i have the same problem and it really does work. umm yeh proactiv does not work . anyway i wish you the best of luck.
