I want to package Thomas Jones and Joey Galloway to trade for a good WR. What are some WR's that might be close to that value?

I'm just trying to get a good feel before I start offering trades. Thanks!

Really depending on how the Bears have handled the running situation the last few weeks, I would say Thomas Jones will be inconsistent in his fantasy #'s for the rest of the season as Rex Grossman will have alot of Play action passes and goal line handoffs to Benson. Galloway is of average 3rd receiver value seeing to it that Simms doesn't come back as the bucs starter. (i dont remember if Cris is on IR or not) If simms comes back, galloway will put up good #'s again, if not, well... you'll be seeing a lot more 0's than you'd like to.

Instead of telling you the value of these guys, ill give u better fantasy advice. Look at every team in ur league and see if any of them have an abundance of quality guys in one position. (i.e. rex grossman, bulger, and rivers) and try trading for one of those players. Obviously, jones and galloway are worth more than rivers and maybe even grossman, but bulger might not be that bad of a trade depending on your team status at the position. Otherwise, trade for a player that you are weak in.... remember, you can always get a better player.

Thomas Jones is a good back in a running offense but people tend to shy away from him for some reason. Galloway just isn't producing and Gradkowski seems to favor Clayton, Alex Smith, and Pitmann first but Galloway is good.

I would first find someone who is high on Thomas Jones, i.e. a Bears fan and Galloway may not even be wanted in any trade right now his fantasy value is so low.

Also, look at guys who have depth at the Wr position and may be lacking, or just willing to get stronger at the RB position to the detriment of his WR's.

You may be able to get a Willie Parker or a Warrick Dunn, who should get better for the rest of this season. Also, if you're willing to take a chance on Tatum's Turf.

anyway, got to go

I'm not sure you'll get a 1st tier WR for Thomas Jones. Galloway is essentially worthless at this point so your trading partner probably won't even want him involved in the deal. You will have to target a team that is very weak in the RB department and try to nab their #1. But, I don't think you'll get someone to part with a Torry Holt or Andre Johnson. At best, I think you're looking at a 2nd tier WR like Javon Walker.

Try getting Chad Johnson sinces he is not having a good season. He only has 2 tds all year so far. try to get Houshmenzada he's been doing great. umm lets see who about Terry Glenn or Reggie Wayne... they are two good wr's or package it soo you can get Torry Holt or Marvin Harrison...

You're not going to be able to get one of the top 5 recievers with that offer but you can pick up B. Berrian or A. Boldin, and another player in there and you could get R. Brown or D. Jackson.
