If he volunteered before hand and the woman was ok then she should stay. It is not cheating if it is talked about up front and ok, but after the fact telling is just trying to rinse the guilt.

I am not a guy, however, if you are not married to this man, get out now! If a man will do this to someone he thinks he is committed to now, further down the road it will happen again. If you stay , your opening yourself to a long road with a lot of fear, deceit and hardship.
