What color are your eyes? That has a lot to do with the colors you use for your eye makeup. I'm an artist myself and since you have light complection with blonde hair, I'd stay away from pink eye shadow as it'll make you look too washedout. If you want a soft day time color go with lavender and shades of purple (not too dark, atleast for school and day time)...
blush on your cheek bones and a sheer pink lip gloss... if you chose to use a lip liner make sure it's very light and you blend it really well with the gloss so you don't have a think line around your lips...
For night time, go with shades of brown and nude... if you are skilled with brushes instead of using an eyeliner, what ever color eye shadow you're using, chose a darker hue of the same color and use a thin/edgy bruch to create a line right above your lashes as a line but it's not as heavy...
last thing to put on your eye is Mascara...
