I get angry when I am trying to avoid something or someone and it just keeps popping up. When that happens I use to hit someone or something. I try to find other ways of managing my anger.

When I find out someone has lied to me or has stolen
from me. I can't recall anything I did out of anger, so
guess I am able to control that one human emotion
pretty well.

when tel- marketes are calling and calling around the 5 oclock-- rush around here when they start ringing the phone of the hook when your taking a hot pan off a stove or oven and start calling-- dont these idiots ever lead a normal life?? and being extreme i toss tel- marketers-- out a 22 story window and yell out have a nice landing--

when i found out my fiance was cheating on me i went off the deep end, i punched him, burnt him with a cigarette and all sorts of other violent stuff, the police ended up being called.

well my ex's life mition is to piss me off. one time he made me soo angry i put a hammer through my wall, my fist through both my window and my sink, and yah thats the worst.
