i had my bike painted two years ago now i see alot of tiny bubbles in my paint, did they form due to weather?

fish eyes.bad job sanding,dust on before they painted

Nope. Bad paint job. Maybe recoating before the first coat cured, or dust in the wet paint.

Yep, everybody is correct, bad prep work, had dirt under the paint

bad paint job, Someone was lazy, dirt under paint didn't sandblast,ect.
