I've had 3 and all of them were different. You seen very aware of your body and that's a good thing. Keep monitoring it - cramps are fairly normal at this stage (and any stage probably if you ask 1/3 of women who have ever been pregnant). You may go early and you may not. If you break water, of course get to the hospital right away (or call midwife or whatever you have planned). If your cramping develops into large regular "pressure" type pain, you are likely in labour. If you have any questions at all, call your doctor or nurse practitioner or midwife.
Blessings - you will make a great mom!

I had a similar problem. More often than not it is jsut your pelvic area being stretched by your baby. I had these same pains and it didn't cause any dilations either. If you are really concerned make sure you talk to your dr. Unfortuantaly pregnancy comes wiht many aches and pains.

Yes, could have your baby early! But be careful you don't want to have the baby before 38 weeks! If you get considing pain, go to the hospital! don't be afraid of going to the hospital because they can just send you home. It's better you fo there 10 times then have something wrong! Good luck and wish you the best!

Well my wife was suppose to be due early Dec too with our son but she ended up having him Nov 14 2003. She complained of similar symptoms. You might be having your baby early too. Hope all goes well.

The baby is probably on your diaphram.. there is really nothing you can do about it sadly but laying on your left side might help. Try to be calm.
