well, seeing as it's 2006 and october 31st was on tuesday this year, and that in two yrs it will b a leap year, and that there are four leap yrs to go for 2020, this would mean that october 31st will be on a saturday. i figured this out because there are 14 yrs until 2020, and subtracting 4 of those yrs as of the leap yrs, that would mean counting 10 yrs without the leap yrs, which as you're counting by day on that yearly basis, it would be on a friday. then on leap yrs you normally add two days for every leap yr, which then means you're counting another eight days, which then means it will be on a saturday in 2020.
