It's mostly all done by computer checking for keywords, phrases and syntax! Very little Human intervention until computer kicks out objectionable subjects as it was programmed to do. You, and we all have seen other objectionable stuff passed thru, because computer can not catch all! Also, you should respond to every violation you receive, which in effect negates the negative.

I soo agree, asking a question is a form of chatting so everything about polls & surveys is chatting..i got 3 violations last week..even me! yaholes huh

the STUPIDEST rulE!!! My problem is when i pose a question, and someone replies that I need to reiterate or re-enstate what I meant, or they ask me a question back, and So i tell them, and get a violation for "chatting". RIDICULOUS!!!!
even more ridiculous is the people wasting their time reporting us! and even MORE ridiculous is that yahoo doesn't look more into them

how can one answer a question without being complicit in charting. when they say take it to the 360 , is that the same as saying get a room
