Can't say I've ever heard that one. I prefer to put mine on the top lashes, and most of the time only the top.

I think you mean you only put mascara on the top lashes honey. It's because mascara tends to smudge if you put it on the lowers. HTH : )

No. You can put it on top and bottom, or just the top. But never just put it on the bottom. That would look weird.

no. infact some people say it's best only to apply it to the upper eyelashes. i think it was gianni versace who said that using mascara on bottom lashes made girls look ill. hmmmm.

i dont i put it mostly on the top coz i wear black eyeliner underneath so i dont need as much mascara on the bottom

NOO you put them on top and bottom to make your eye look pretty! you can put it where ever you like it!
