You are right, repeat anything should be punished more sternly. As far as a sex offender goes if they don't get death for the first offense they should definitely get it for the second. Hopefully society will wake up one day. I like your style.

Too easy. Dying is just too easy. And, I believe, only the Lord has the right to take a life. It's proven not to be a detterant. Repeat offenders should be forced to work 12 hour days, have no possessions, only be allowed an hour of sunlight a day, be in confinment and only have bread and water to eat. Money should be spent on intervention and nobody gets parole.

I have a problem with the death penality. I can concur with it's use in the case of a heinous murder, but as abhorrent as sexual offenses are, I think would be over the top.
I might vote for physical castration for repeat and violent sex offenders, but I suspect they would still commit the act, but not with "junior".
So, I have to say I disagree.

All sex offenders should get the death penalty. They will repeat this behavior, it is a behavior that is a product of a severed conscience. How can a person do it and live with themselves? I say put them out of their misery.

I am 99% against the death penalty. Even for rape, because guilt cannot be 100% proven. How many men have spent years in jail for rapes they haven't committed?
Repeat offenders and child molesters, however, do not get any sympathy from me. They need to be done with once and for all...

Well, what do think? Do want this type of degenerate living in your neighborhood? I say we put all the pedophiles on a deserted island with the clothes on their backs and bait the island with sharks and leave 'em to do their abominations on each other.

They should be castrated the first time around. (and this can apply also to the occassional female offender).. And if done to a child, the castration should occur in small degrees, like slicing pepperoni

they should be group together with others like them and let them all fight it out and then get sent to prison and turned lose in general pop and see how long they last. let them feel the terror and pain that they deserve
