A good time is when the sun goes down. I like to go kind of early, so that I can get home and take care of mommy stuff.

It depends on your community. Ours was from 6:00pm to 8:00pm but I remember as a kid you could start when it was day light. So other places probalby start around 5:00.

around here about an hour after school lets out whitch school lets out at 230 so 330
