I have heard of cases where a person was officially dead for 10 or more minuets and was shocked back to life. I just want to know where the soul was waiting. Did it know that the person would be brought back?

More often than not, the aura of a person lingers close to the body for several minutes to an hour. That could signify that the soul is still attached or the proverbial silver thread has not yet been severed. Working in the hospital I once saw a woman re-enter her body after several minutes just to say "I love you" to her husband, then she was gone again. It was one of those moments that create goosebumps in everyone in the room.

Death does not occur when the heart stops. Death takes place after the brain has been out of oxygen for a period of time. The people who have had their hearts stop for ten minutes or so and then revived have usually been cold for some reason such as drowning in freezing water. Because they are cold their brains are using less oxygen. The belief that the soul leaves the body after the hearts stops is based on some very old and out of date beliefs. The fact that some people still think that way is a sad indication of how much ignorance is still out there. Not to mention if the soul even exists. Here is a question for you. If you keep the body alive with machines and take out the brain is the person dead or alive?

Most of the time the soul is out of the body and watching down on what is going on in the room. Sometimes the soul starts it's journey to The Other Side and is met by family members, but told it is not their time yet, so the soul goes back to the body.

Ten minutes after dying in LA, the soul is still waiting at the meter to the on ramp to freeway to the next level. Unless the person drove a Prius. Then it is allowed to use the express lane to wherever.

To answer this question you'd have to first locate the soul when the person was alive, or exactly where it was at the exact moment of death, not to mention you'd also need to know in which direction a soul would move, and whether or not it could stopped etc..

It's probably in a 10 minute limbo, which in death time? Could be eternity. And maybe the Soul is being judged for that 10 minutes. Who's to say..

10 minutes the brain could be dead or very damaged so the soul may not quiet be the same and don't let this happen to you.
