I am currently trying to figure out what college i want to go to, where ever I go I want to be close to a nice city. I have grown up living near Boston, does anyone know of any really nice cities to live near.
P.S. Considering I don't know much about cities other than Boston I am not going to pick a person for the best answer but rather see what the community of Yahoo answers likes the best

Pittsburgh, PA is very nice place to go to college you should consider going to the University of Pittsburgh the cost of living is cheap and the college is more reasonable then most other universities, plus there's lots to do here.

I read a report recently that San Francisco is the most pleasant and nicest city in US. Would love to see it next month.

Erie Pa is pretty nice. Lots of college choices and all. Pretty friendly also with a great beach area, amusment parks, airport, etc...

Oregon is beautiful because of all the mountains. but that is up more north. Yet i heard the college there is good. it just depends if you wanna travel across the usa to go to college.
