Just define "lucid dream"

It's when someone can relize there in a dream and control it without waking up.
people are really lucky if they can control what occurs in dreams, personally i have had dream were i realize wait this is a dream but right when i realize i'm sleeping I always wake up.

You feel like more of a participant in a lucid dream, rather than like you're watching some nonsensical movie.
Some people become aware that the dream is happening and "decide" what actions they want to take. They might decide to fly, levitate objects or do anything they desire, but which would be impossible in waking life.
For example, if you are dreaming that a monster is chasing you, and become "lucid" (or self-aware) in the dream, you might decide to confront and kill the monster instead of running from it.

Oh my gosh, lucid dreams are awesome, I once had them every night for almost a month, it was really wierd and it's never happened again. But basically you know that your dreaming and so you do anything you want. I can't remember what I did cos it was few years ago, but yeah it was cool! But they didn't seem to last very long for me.

A lucid dream is one in which the dreamer knows he/she is dreaming and can therefore make anything happen that he/she wants, directing and controlling what he/she does in the dream and dreaming what he/she wants.
