i cant decide what kind of jacket or coat is best for this season. I wantone jacket that i really will spend a decent amount of money on instead of my usual on sale jacket. What's best? A fluffy jacket, a courduroy jacket, a long jacket, short jacket, what color? What's most flattering for a slightly curvy figure?

the jacket thats in right now would be the fur colar. the jacket should be slimming and with a hood. the outlined edge should have fur on it. the jacket should be right on your pant edge. as for color red white or black is very good.

at the moment, patent leather is hot (for belts in day to day use, or you'll look stupid going head to toe with it), macs are still hot too. short jackets are pretty popular also, but they're pretty hard to pull off unless you're stick thin.

for slightly curvy, a jacket that hits the hips or goes quite far down (knee length maybe) is a good idea. wear something that belts to the side, and if you get a jacket with buttons, make sure you get single breasted and not double breasted. double breasted buttons make everyone look bigger than they are.

fluffy jackets are usually bad too because they add bulk. blacks and browns are safe options because they don't show up dirt, won't go out of fashion, and suit most people. white jackets NEVER last very long.

If you want a coat that's trendy and flattering for a slightly curvy figure, try a long belted coat. The length creates a nice line and the belt accentuates the waist without being too restrictive. Trenchcoats are a great option, especially in the classic beige, black or a tweed (which would be great for the colder weather). Also, since trenchcoats are classics, splurging on a really great one can be justified since you'll be able to wear it forever and it can work at any age.

Hmm, I think the fashion this season is a simple but shapely trench coat with a fur trim. For a slightly curvy figure, choose a trench coat that's moderately long and tight, so that your curves will be complimented.

A cute trench or a slimming pea coat. Those bombers with the fur are really going out, don't take your chances. Not only are trenches and pea coats hot right now, they are so classic, they won't ever go out of style.

Thanks for the points, dahling.
