Seriously. Yes.. I met my gorgeous Partner, Sarah 2 years ago, in a music based chatroom, when neither of us were ready or wanting to start a new relationship.
She is truly the love of my life (and I hers too), so yes internet romance CAN work.. but beware there are many dangerous people trawling the chatrooms.. I just fell extremely lucky..and got the best..
Take Care..Mark.

Yes indeed. Started emailing and talking on the phone (California to Texas) in January 1997. Eventually ran up $600-800/mo phone bills. Visted each other a couple of times. I moved from Texas to California in July 1997. We got maried three weeks later and just celebrated our 9 year anniversary.
Doesn't always happen this way, but hey(!) sometimes it works out!

Yes, I did. We were together for over a year and then , out of the blue, he left me for his ex g/f, whom he is now married to. My current b/f I also met on the net, but, we did grow up in the same town and I knew his family, just not him.

No. Never happened. I've been curious about quite a few people from this site, but never any urges to see him/her.
