No, because you shouldn't have to pay for a retreatment after they have treated your house (until the next month or whatever cycle your on). Also, if their spraying caused more pest problems, people would switch suppliers, so they would gain in the short term, but loose out in the long run.
Now, if you are just starting out with treatments, you will see more activity just after a spray because the treatment forces them out. If this lasts more then a week, have then retreat your house (for free).

None is perfect and not all service providers honest. Having sad this, u try doing it urself and u will find that some slips somewhere has caused the spray to be not as effective as shud be. If u like try to find out the process from the sprayer and the possibility of failure before engaging him. In this way u can ensure better results.

Not the one we have, we live right in front of a river so we get lots of nasty little bugs in the spring. We get our house sprayed once a year (we have to leave the house for the day when they do it) and then you can see such a difference. Any bugs that are still alive instantly die when they touch the carpet... I've actually seen bugs crawl along the floor one minute and be dead the next.

You can bet the farm on that one:):). I've experiened their crap too many times.
We got a roach problem twice in different houses. We had the termit ecomapny out every month ofr a monthy fee of $35 (last house ). It looked like the roaches was standing inline waiting for them for a free drink like a bunch of drunks at a bar.
I finelyu otld them to get rid of the bugs or get hell out my house and send me a check for evey thing I paid them. They killed every bug inmy house and out side in 1 hour and I never had bugs again in that house. The same with the last one. We've been in this house for two yrs. now and have not needed a termite man for the same reason.
The key is to get rid of them once and for all. Than you can keep them out. You have to keep food scraps off of the floor, and out of the garbage can where they can feed. Empty your garbage every day or haul it off. before putting cans, or other food containers in the trash rainse them out. We throw our scrap food in the field and cover it. for fertilizer. Very little food goes into our garbage for the bugs. WE use a our walmart bags to put scrape food in over night and tie it tight until we can take it off if we don't field it.
Bugs will not stay around a place they can not find food.
A clean kitchen and house will go a long way towards keeping bugs out, but kids will play:):):).
Actually there was notmuch call for termeite, bug or any treatment until it became big business. Termit ecompanies or chemical companies spend as much money(evidently) on researchiong ways to bring new bugs into your home as they do on treatment.
