Employer lied about having a job for my friend?

A friend of mine was trying to get unemployment benefits.Her employer lied and told the employment commision. She told them she had a job for her.She told my friend boyfriend there was no job. What rights does she have?Need help ! any ideas?

Talk to the employment commission, this will not be the first time they have heard this tale. They will most likely give a form for the employer to fill out. Refusal to fill out the form should be all the employment commission needs.
