They are no more or less moral. They just don't have to hide what they do because they aren't trying to impress anybody.

Lost.
Atheists can be just as moral as anyone else, up to a point. Following societal rules is certainly moral but to be as moral as is possible for a human being is to follow the rules set down by God. This leads to true morality.
They are leading sad lives just like most people because they are lost without any belief or hope of something better.
I would never marry an atheist life is too short to live with such misery.

I don't believe atheists or religious people are any more or less moral than each other. They are in the same position as religious individuals. Where people who believe in God can't actually prove he exists, atheists can't prove he doesn't exist. They both rely on some sort of faith. Religion and morality aren't synonymous, so you can't attribute a higher degree of morality to either group. As to them living sad lives, yes, some of them are, but so are some of the religious fanatics that protest military funerals.

They're people just like everyone else. I think they're just as moral as religious folks but it's different for everyone. Atheists do practice good morals but some don't.

Yeah sure I'd marry one just as long as they have decent morals.

I don't think they are more moral than religious because, in fact, religion usually dictates ones morals. And as for leading a sad life, I think they are the only ones that can decide that. But atheists would just rather believe that they have no one to answer to. Instead of listening to God, they would just rather listen to themselves. (and don't delude yourselves, atheists, it does take faith to not believe in God)
But would I marry one? No. And the only reason I wouldn't is because of the conflict in belief. Atheists are usually very smart, strong minded individuals. Qualities I hold in high regard, but similar beliefs are important for a marriage to succeed. So if your an atheists too, I'd say go for it!

I have the very highest opinion of atheists.
We are at least as moral than religious folks (more so than many religious folks who are very immoral in many of their beliefs, due to profound confusion over the nature of morality -- they tend to equate morality with sex, rather than with good and harm, thus supporting harmful policies and practices, and expending most of their energy on stamping out that perfectly moral, healthy activity: sex).
We lead lives no sadder than those who live in constant terror of arbitrary punishment from the Spanking Sky Daddy.
I wouldn't consider marrying any thing but.

No, they are no more or less moral, and no I would not marry one. Simply because it doesn't make any sense that there is no God. Someone created Earth, and the Universe, and it wasn't the Big Bang theory. Know why I know? What created the atoms to cause a Big Bang? Where did those things come from? No one knows. Something does not come from nothing. We all know that, and NO ONE can ever know God and all his powers. How was God created? I don't know, but my feeling is that when we are ready to know, He will tell us.

1) More/less moral? Who says? I've seen many Catholics go out and have abortions then preach about pro-life.
2) Sad lives? Nah. They have their (dis)beliefs. As long as they don't sacrifice those (dis)beliefs to fit into the Christian world, it's not sad.
3) Marry one? It would take a lot, only because I have a kid and I want more kids. I would respect his religion, but I would also give it a second thought. How would our kids be raised?

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
If someone decides that they don't "believe", in some way or another they are still searching. Everyone is on a quest in this life. Whether it be money, power, or religion. This shows true time, and time again.
How else would you explain addiction. People become addicted because they are searching for the "missing piece." Trying to fill a void...
