As 1 ml = 1cm cubed
2ml obviously = 2cm cubed
The answer is yes.

yep. x ml = x cm cubed,
so no matter what numbers you have, as long as they're the same on both sides, the equation is correct.

The 'cubed' is ambiguous...
If you mean (2cm) cubed, then no because 2ml does NOT equal 8cu cm.
If you mean does 2ml=2cu cm, then yes.
