OK thnx for asking I am a luthern and I am learining in ym chatachism that Martin Luther posted 99 staments on the the door and thats baiscly how the Luthern Religon started. And tosay to some of the Luthreans is Refermation. But I still call it Halloween! ^^

It was NOT "holloween", it was "All Hallow's Eve" or, now, "Hallowe'en".
It was on October 31, 1517 that the Monk Martin Luther nailed his "95 theses" to the to the door of the castle church at Wittenberg. Luther, at that time, had no idea of starting the "Lutheran" denomination. He just felt there was reform needed in the Church. He posted the "95 theses" as an invitation to discuss/debate. But the posting of those theses did initiate a movement which led to founding of the Lutheran Faith.
[And the "Diet of Worms" is pronounced differently in German and does not mean what it words look like in American.)
Diet = a general assembly
Worms = a small town on the Rhine river -- perhaps pronounced something like 'vooorms'

Martin Luther tacked the 95 Theses on the door of the Church in Wittenburg, Germany on Oct. 31, 1517.
But, it's Halloween, not Holloween. :)

It started in 1517 as for Halloween who knows but all I know is the Lutheran religion has nothing to do with Halloween expect of course celebrate it cause its fun
