I am a female and hardly ever wear heels. I already wear good feet insert for my arches.

If you are having problems, see an orthropedic surgeon. They can take a mold of your feet and create an insert that will last for years. It's expensive, but it's a one-time payment. It's definitely worth it.

Try an Orthopedic type shoe store for inserts or supports...talk to a Pedorthist they are experts with shoes and feet.

Probably .. I don't know. You could try cotton balls until you find something though!

Or you could ask for the shoes in both sizes and make the switch!

when you are buying you shoes buy the size for each shoe.. that is what my cousin does!good luck
