First, smile widely and say "So, was s(he) any good? Wait briefly for a response! Turn and walk away.
Wait in the living room with a drink in hand! Stay VERY Kewl!
Seriously, though! This does not mean the relationship cannot be repaired. People do stupid things sometimes! Ask Him/Her what the problem is and do stay very kewl. If you need to leave for a time, do so. Whatever you do, don't do anything stupid!
Now, realize your "friend" is anything but! Dump them first! You have a commitment with your signifigant other, work with it!
If you think that the best thing to do is get out of the situation, then by all means, do so!
Whatever you do - say little or nothing - get on with Your life! Oh, and get a blood test!

Despite the temptation, DON'T use a baseball bat, in fact don't do anything because you'll be arrested and may spend time in jail...you don't want that.
Get out, go to a hotel, cool off. Go back when she's not there and pack up her stuff, leave it on the doorstep, and change the locks. When she comes home, be prepared to call the cops and file a restraining order if she tries to break in.
You don't say whether there are kids involved, but if there are you might have to use a different approach.
She's made her choice, it's time for you to make your choice and move on.

Kick them both out, change the locks on the doors that night and talk to a lawyer the next day to find out about divorce procedures.

Stay calm.
I'd probably laugh my head off. But that's just me.
Just be calm about it. Don't let them see your hurt (or whoever it was that was cheated on). Never, ever, ever, ever, show people when they have hurt you.
Keep going, life can only get better after something that bad.
I don't know if you're a Christian, but God always helps me get through tough times.

this same thing happened to one of my old friend's. He found his wife in THEIR bed with another man. He divorced her and is now happily married.

If i was u i would stop being friends with that friend because if he back stabbed u once he will do it again. And with the wife situation i would divorce her because if they will cheat once on u,they will do it again.
