I need patterns for newborns that are not very large

Here are links to 2 wonderful groups' pattern sites here on Yahoo Groups: TLC for Angels and All_Crafts_4_Charity (they make a variety of items for various hospitals so newborns in need will have handmade items).
You may be interested in contributing knit items to their cause. There are patterns for crochet and sewing as well.
I came upon these sites by chance while I was checking out a hat pattern for another great Yahoo Group: Ships Support (they make hats, slipper socks, coolties, and afghans for our men and women overseas)

hey, im a knitter too!
anyways, try looking on about.com, they have A LOT of patterns and you could make like a small hat, baby booties, a sweater (trust me, isnt very hard at all!) and even a tiny scarf!
try about.com or just look up on yahoo.com or google.ca
