abc.go.com maintains a video launcher for folks in North America. You can see the last four shows, so you'll need to watch Episode 2 before 08Nov, I think.
If you're outside of North America, I think your only choice is something like bit torrent or limewire.
There are only two more episodes before the big break: 01Nov and 08Nov. Then we'll have a 12-week period of NO LOST (Thank you again to all the whiny cry babies who didn't want to deal with reruns).
S3E7 is scheduled to air on 07Feb2007. It is supposed to run through the end of the season with no repeats and I think without interruptions between weeks.

You can see missed episodes on NBC or ABC, whichever network airs "Lost". It's great! That's how I watch my shows, since there are TV hogs in my house. I just wait until the next day & watch them on my computer. :)
