Yes. Another thing is our govt. illegaly added the 14th anf 16th amendments. The 14th amenden has never been used to help blacks. Just corporations.

Well, the historical background is that America was founded by womanizing slave-owning drinkers who thought that the Roman empire was the pinnacle of civilization.
So you need to get back to the womanizing and ditch the stodgy Republican thing. Otherwise, it might be un-American.

What's this "we" nonsense? The Supreme Court has certainly misinterpretted the document many times. But that's them, it isn't "us."
