You really need to dump him. If you can't sleep, you will be groggy and cranky the next day. And the reason for your discontent is him. He is robbing you of your sleep. It's not like you are both staying up the night having a great time together... He is cheating you. It can never work. Eventually you will come to subconsciously regret his snoring and cheat on him. Don't hurt him.. Dump him now.

There are medications that can be bought off the shelves that can help reduce snoring. It is actually a complication in breathing and it can be treated.

It's not actually a medication, just something that can be used to clear the air passages... that will cut the snoring.

Go check it out in your local pharmacy.

Encourage him to see an ENT he may need his adnoids removed. Snoring can be a serious indication that he isn't getting enough oxygen to his vital organs. He may also have a condition called sleep apnea which can be dangerous also. Get his health checked out.

If it is because he is over weight then put him on a diet. There are some other medical reasons for snoring. Have him discuss it with his doctor.

first of all he needs to see a doctor because they can do something to stop it, until then just tell him to stay woke until you fall asleep.
