Yes, that is weird. Did he come to your door? Or are you talking about the bat hunter that I saw on the news?

Um, yeah, it's a little weird, but let's face it, Halloween is a weird holiday. As long as he's not tricking, I'd say let it go without too much judgement.

You just don't know -- he may be mentally handicapped, or really depressed and just needed a little pick-me-up. Or maybe he really loves Halloween.

I'm assuming he didn't have any kids in tow. If he had kids in tow, then that's definitely normal, and very good parenting/grandparenting or whatever.

I dunno. If you are worried, the best thing would be to say, "Oh, you've got a great costume! Can I take a picture?" If he's normal, he'll probably take it as a compliment and you'll have done a good deed for the day. If he's up to no good, at least you'll have a photo to show police afterward.

Is it weird for a 64-year-old man to go trick or treating? Not if he's on the child sex pervert registry.

No, I don't think it is weird. Why shouldn't a 64 year old have some fun too?

at least he's still has the halloween spirit, which is good cuz a lot of other "old" people have lost it. . . How do u know he's 64? Do u know him, personally? besides, if he's with his grandkids, i think thats great. . . . i never had my grandfather with me during the holidays.

not at all. I think halloween isn't just for kids and that more adults need to rediscover their playful side. I'm eighteen and I LOVE trick or treating, Halloween rocks!!!!!

Thanks for giving me a really good laugh. To answer your question YES it is very weird and men in white coats will take him away. Go call them.

Hm...yeah. Kind of has an unpleasant vibe to it.

Ironically, if he's with children, it's decidedly less so.
